Our primary school music teachers are:
Alison Roe BMus (Hons) PGCE
Alison is a highly skilled musician and very experienced Class and Instrumental teacher, able to contribute enormously to any school music activity/ ensemble to the highest level.
Ruth Jackson HND Music Cert Ed
After 20+ years in the further education sector, Ruth has returned to the classroom, and is really enjoying teaching in a classroom setting, as well as teaching violin.
Neil Squires BA (Hons)
Neil is a very experienced music teacher, having been Head of Music in a number of Nottinghamshire schools. He is able to offer whole class teaching as well as small group and individual brass lessons.
Lisa Bancroft BMus (Hons) Dip ABRSM PGCE
Lisa is an experienced Woodwind Teacher specialising in flute. She is able to teach a range of woodwind instruments, beginner brass, music theory, whole class tuition, lead small and medium sized enesembles, and she has a passion for recorders.
Mat Davis BMus (Hons) Dip ABRSM
Mat is an enthusiastic new Woodwind teacher, versatile in all woodwind instruments and styles, with a special interest in conducting and running ensembles
Margaret Rawlings GTCL LTCL PGCE
Margaret is a vastly experienced classroom music educator who specialises in whole class, small group and individual tuition on brass and recorder. She has produced her own tutor books websites. She plays the trombone with Harworth Brass Band.
Natalie Reeve BA Mus (Hons), PGCE
Natalie is a very experienced former Secondary School Head of Music who has discovered a love of teaching music in Primary schools. She is also a talented woodwind teacher, specialising in clarinet, saxophone and flute. She especially loves sharing her experiences of performing in a number of different musical ensembles with her students. She is able to offer whole class teaching as well as small group/ individual lessons.
Richard Arblaster_A(Mus)M BA (Hons) QTS ALCM (TD)
Richard has been involved at the very highest levels of music policymaking and education and has taught throughout the school range. He has a real affinity with primary tuition, providing fun-packed lessons using the latest music technology.
